Becoming a Love & Logic Parent
Family Advocate Program will be holding a seven week series of classes using the love and logic curriculum. This is a common sense approach to parenting that will give parents practical ideas about setting limits and teaching kids to make responsible choices. With Love and Logic, childr3en learn how to live with the consequences of their actions, avoid blaming others for thier problems, and make wise decisions. Jim Fay and Foster Cline, authors of Love and Logic, believe --
"Love allows children to grow through their mistakes and logic happens when weallow them to live with the consequences of thier choices."
Our next session of Love & Logic will begin Thursday July 10th from 6:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday evenings and will run until June 3rd. Cost is $25 (includes class workbook) and scholarships are available to those who qualify. To register for this class, email Michelle Fleming for more information.
